1 Service Agreement: By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in our Service Agreement, which may include project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

3.2 Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback. Delays in providing necessary materials or information may affect project timelines.

3.3 Communication: We will communicate with you primarily Via. (Email/Phone/Other methods). It’s your responsibility to ensure we have your current contact information.

3.4 Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you provide. We expect you to respect our confidential information as well.

3.5 Service Modifications: Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for modifications outside the original agreement.

3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to our Dispute Resolution policy.
